Internet access

During the practicals, you will need an internet access. We will provide an easy access to Eduroam wifi in the room. We highly recommend that you setup your Eduroam wifi access in advance in your institute before the workshop. You can follow the steps below to do it:

- Go to cat.eduroam.org and download the official eduroam installer for your OS.

- Select your institute in the list:

- Select you user group and download the installer (here for macOS for a staff at Nantes University):

- Run the installer. It will ask for your institute credentials in order to install their security certificate. If you need more details, you can follow this guide for the different OS (you will need to adapt it with your institue login).

- Then, you should be automatically connected to your local Eduroam wifi and it should work in all institutes of the Eduroam consortium.

Other information:

- If you don't have an Eduroam access in your institute, please contact us in advance and we will issue you a temporary internet access. This access will be less secured and limited in bandwidth.

- The room is also equipped with electrical plugs to charge you laptops.
